We realize your health and well-being is directly affected by your diet every day and that sometimes you need some help to get on the right track. Therefore we provide the FREE services of a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to students living in the residence halls throughout the academic year. Students can meet to discuss individual nutrition needs and concerns including food allergies and special diets, and get assistance with meal planning while living on-campus and eating in the dining centers.
Please contact our registered dietitian for any assistance needed in choosing healthy food options at Nutrition@MyISSTA.org. You can also stop by the health and wellness office in the Sports Complex to discuss any nutritional concerns.
A support group for those students living on campus with food allergies, intolerances and Celiac Disease is available. Contact the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to be added to the group or chat for free with the dietician about optional food items.
