Mr.  Jason Katz is a licensed CPA who graduated from Kent State University in Ohio, and studied post graduate at the University of Pittsburgh. 

A master at blending financial and technological expertise to create value for the companies he represents. Mr. Katz has helped numerous founders in a variety of verticals including manufacturing, retail, technology, service, construction and healthcare in growing their business, through successful financial events and recognizing significant enterprise value on their transactions.  Mr. Katz has also worked with many mid-market PE firms to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration post transaction, continued organic growth focus, bolt on M&A acquisition and integration and subsequent sell side transactions.  

Mr. Katz has served as CEO of Host.net, a multi-state data center, cloud, and network provider. Host.net also had 30 points of presence (POPs) creating a national private, secure network. Joining Host.net as CFO, Mr. Katz lead the company’s growth, added new managed-service product offerings, and ultimately transitioned the private equity-backed company to new ownership.

Mr. Katz has also served on various boards throughout his career, including Habitat for Humanity, and is a strong believer in giving back to the community.

A dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan, he played hockey from age 4 through college.  In his free time, Mr. Katz enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
