As Chief Executive Officer of Involve LLC, founded in 2019, he leads a team of top tech talent that designs, architects, and delivers sophisticated technology solutions. His mission is to empower and inspire his team while fostering connections that drive value, innovation, and positive change through technology and collaboration.

Before launching Involve, Mr. Torres was a Partner at Glofy, a global online platform connecting professionals and businesses. In this role, he oversaw operations, growth, and performance, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while continuing to expand the network of people and organizations he helps bring together.

Mr. Torres was invited to participate on the ISSTA Board, and is voluntarily serving as Chairperson of the Committee on Innovation, Technologies, and Infrastructure.
